Updating your subscription!
There are a few things you can check to ensure that you receive our mailers after you’ve taken the above steps to maximize e-mail delivery to your mailbox.
a) Ensure that you have added us to your safe list or permitted e-mails list through your service provider.
b) Check that you have subscribed to receive our e-mails. You can do this by contacting your VIP manager, casino manager or our Online Support team who are available 24/7. Simply click the support icon located in the casino lobby.
c) Ensure that we have your correct and most recent e-mail address.
